From October 1-3, 2025, we’ll be bringing Canada‘s electric mobility industry together in downtown Vancouver to talk about the electrifying progress being made across the ecosystem, and future pathways to guarantee the success of the transition to electric transportation.

What’s on the program at EVVE 2025?

  • Grid readiness & utility innovation: From policy reform to load-management strategies, session
    explore how utilities are evolving to meet EV demand. Presentations include EV adoption
    modelling, real-world pilots, and deep dives on managed charging, V2G integration, and rate
    design.
  • Policy & government initiatives: Insights into municipal, provincial, and federal programs driving
    EV adoption, including rebates, infrastructure investments and regulatory reforms.
  • Charging infrastructure & strategies: Sessions exploring innovative approaches to planning,
    deploying, and managing EV charging infrastructure to ensure reliability, accessibility, and
    scalability across urban and rural contexts.
  • Medium- and heavy-duty fleet electrification: Our MHDV track brings exclusive insights
    from national testbeds and infrastructure pilots, depot power management, and operational
    readiness.
  • Home & Multi-unit residential charging: Local governments and utilities examine new
    bylaws, rebate programs, and turnkey solutions to support expanded home-charging
    solutions.
  • Battery & charging technology: Sessions cover the full battery lifecycle – from R&D and
    cooling innovation to end-of life strategies
  • Equity, awareness & workforce development: We are increasingly turning our focus to
    inclusive transition planning, from promoting Indigenous-led programs to training initiatives
    aimed at building a diverse, future-ready workforce.
